Convenience - we were at a trade show within the building Environmentally friendly: Bottles on the wall for refilling is a great idea - too bad they were empty - love the concept. Keep at it.
1) Food availability past 9:30pm - We arrived late and wished to eat at the hotel. When the 6 of us went to the pub, they told us the kitchen was closing in 10 minutes - we then went to the other restaurant, they also told us that the buffet would be closed in 10 minutes. Both recommended we go elsewhere. Perhaps when there is a big trade show and people are coming from out of town and out of province and may arrive late, your hours could be extended. We ended up going to Pizza Hut. 2) We stayed on the 9th floor of the tower but only after requesting that our two rooms be together. We booked them together to go to a trade show. Turns out, they were not and we were booked in to the family section when we were clearly traveling on business. 3) 9th floor corridors and our rooms smelled like cigarette when the fan and the air conditioning were on.
Just off the Highway for us, so very easy access. Close to shopping, restaurants, etc.. Very nice hotel.
Fuse going off at rm 258 early morning.
Breakfast room service. Receptionists were bilingual.
Room service made came at 8:30 AM and woke me up.
This hotel was very clean. However, it does have an 'old' odor. It definitely shows its age and need some updates. When we got there, our reservation was not in their system. We had to show them our booking receipt from Booked.net. They did put our reservations in the their systems and provided us our rooms. The check-in staff was very nice and helpful. We would not be staying here in the future.
Staff was very accomodating, we asked for an extra bed and they brought it up immediately
I liked the swimming pool, gardens and playground for children featured in the center. The restaurant was excellent..breakfast fantastic! Staff at the desk were very helpful and pleasant.
Staff were on strike so few facilities were available
